How to register

Click on the button above to register via the online form. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online form and fees.

Registration Fees

All registration fees are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Full Registration Fees include:
  • Attendance at all Conference sessions
  • Name badge and pocket programme
  • Morning and afternoon teas
  • Lunches
  • Entry to the exhibition
  • Welcome reception
  • Conference dinner (not included for Student of Multidisciplinary registration but can be purchased)
 
Day Registration Fees include:
  • Attendance at all Conference sessions for the day you have registered for
  • Name badge and pocket programme
  • Morning and afternoon tea
  • Lunch
  • Entry to the exhibition

Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details (Telephone (NZ): +64 9 360 1240 , Australian Freephone: 1800 193 405 , Email: epsm@tcc.co.nz).
 
If you cancel your registration prior to 15 September 2017 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AU$100. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
