- The full accommodation booking will be charged against your credit card to secure your reservation.
- Prior to 3 October 2016 this payment is refundable excluding one night’s accommodation for cancellation fee but if you cancel your reservation on or after 3 October 2016 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified this payment will not be refunded.
- Check-in time is from 2pm. Check-out time is by 10am.
- Credit card payments made directly to the hotel incur a 1.5% surcharge.
- Accommodation prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10% except for Oaks Hotels and Resorts which is GST exclusive.
