*Multi-disciplinary registrations are limited to delegates who are radiopharmaceutical scientists, radiographers, nuclear medicine technologists and radiation therapists. This type of registration does not apply to Biomedical/Clinical Engineers, Medical Physicists or Registrars in Medical Physics.

Day Registration Fees include

Method of Payment

Payments can be made using credit cards (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa) and Bank transfer (Australian delegates only). Bank details will be supplied on your tax invoice if requested. Please email a remittance advice to

Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.

If you cancel your registration prior to 4 September 2021 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AU$75. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.

Social Function Terms and Conditions

When you register you will be asked to nominate if you will be attending the inclusive social events included as part of your registration fee. If you are not sure please select “attending”.  If you select “not attending” for a social function included as part of your registration fee, you will forfeit your ticket to that function. It may be possible to reinstate your place provided The Conference Company receives a minimum of ten working days’ notice in writing prior to the commencement of the conference, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
