Unfortunately, due to the current covid-19 circumstances and travel restrictions, ACPSEM and the Organising Committee have made the difficult decision that EPSM 2021 will be a Virtual event.

Registration Fees

All registration fees are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Payments must be received in full prior the Conference in order to receive access to the Virtual Platform.

Earlybird rates closed on 15 October.

*Multi-disciplinary registrations are limited to delegates who are radiopharmaceutical scientists, radiographers, nuclear medicine technologists and radiation therapists. This type of registration does not apply to Biomedical/Clinical Engineers, Medical Physicists or Registrars in Medical Physics.

ACPSEM invites delegates to join as a member. This membership is being offered from the month you register to the 31st of March 2022, the membership is prorated. Once signed up, ACPSEM will be in touch to finalise your membership. For more information visit ACPSEM’s website.

Brisbane Hub

While the Organising Commitee wishes all EPSM delegates could join us in-person at Brisbane, we are pleased to announce there will be a Brisbane Hub for viewing sessions and networking for locals, and those willing and able to attend.
Hub tickets are available during the registraiton process, you must have a virtual registration in order to attend. Tickets can be purchased for individual days, or a reduced rate for all three.

The Hub will only show select sessions on Convention Centre screens, you will need your personal device to view alternative sessions live however all sessions will be available post-Conference so you can catch up on any you missed while at the Hub

Registration Changes

Registrations rates have been reduced in light of the move to a virtual event, if you have previously registered we will be in touch soon to adjust your registration type and provide partial refunds where applicable.

Method of Payment

Payments can be made using credit cards (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa) and Bank transfer (Australian delegates only). Bank details will be supplied on your tax invoice if requested. Please email a remittance advice to

Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.

If you cancel your registration prior to 30 September 2021 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AU$75. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.

Social Function Terms and Conditions

When you register you will be asked to nominate if you will be attending the inclusive social events included as part of your registration fee. If you are not sure please select “attending”.  If you select “not attending” for a social function included as part of your registration fee, you will forfeit your ticket to that function. It may be possible to reinstate your place provided The Conference Company receives a minimum of ten working days’ notice in writing prior to the commencement of the conference, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
