*To qualify for the student rate, you must provide evidence that you are a full time student at the time of the Conference. Accepted forms of evidence include a letter from the university registrar’s office confirming your enrolment status or an official transcript of the classes you are undertaking.
Full Registration Fees Include

- Access to recordings of event sessions
Day Registration Fees Include
- Attendance at the Conference sessions for the day you have registered
- Catering: morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement attendees' name and contact details, and The Conference Company will confirm the registration has been reassigned.

If you cancel your registration prior to 22 September 2026 your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of AUD$150. Cancellations made after 22 September 2026 are non-refundable.
If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of costs already incurred.
